Software For Reading Memory Card

I can no longer read the memory card on my laptop ACER 5710ZG because the computer detects no longer this device, I am seeking help to view photos of BB. Thank you for your help

Is your memory card is that of a camera or a phone, is that the device that uses the card gives a message or nothing at all? Depending on your answers, you will know if it's your Acer which is buggy or if your card is .... (it's too hard!)

The memory card is of a camera. When I connect the memory card on the computer it does not recognize it & also there is no messages coming up. I forgot to tell you that this computer has just been restored with the CD from a friend because I had not made a restoration CD & since then it is not been detected yet. I am patient to know what is the problem here. Thanks

Have you installed the drivers which seems to be the missing part in your computer for the memory card. Also check if you can take pictures from the camera by using the memory card. If it is giving you the format option then the problem comes from it.
