iPhone quick time problem

I bought this new iPhone which is not updated with the latest version of iTune.
When i tried to update this with quicktime i got this following error.

The feature that you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to folder containing the installation package 'Quick Time. msi"

Any solution?

Here you find the quicktime installation.
Chose quick time 7.5 for windows XP or Vista.
So install Quicktime first & then install iTunes.
Now see if you still get that error.
