    BlackBerry Curve Sunset Now Available

This version of the Curve is largely faithful to the stock model and supplies a two-megapixel camera, a native headphone minijack, and a microSD card slot that holds up to 4GB of data. T-Mobile makes the Sunset available today both online and at retail, and sells it for $150 with a two-year contract. No word on the operating system of choice at the moment, but chances are it will be version 4.2.2. For those who want to know what this color change means in terms of hardware, everything is pretty much status quo as shown below.

    • GSM, GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi
    • Quad-band world phone 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
    • 2.5” 65k color display at 320 × 240 resolution
    • 3.5 mm headset jack
    • microSD memory card slot
    • 2 megapixel camera
    • T-Mobile myFaves-enabled
    • Stereo Bluetooth capability

A 65,000 color screen? Come on, RIM. Surely you can offer something better than that.
