Which would you prefer if it comes to select the best accounting software. I have voted for the Sage Peachtree Complete Accounting and what is your opinion.

I am suggesting you for the Peachtree which is a fully integrated program. Under a single program all the capabilities found in other modules would be considered discrete system. The organization of the modules within Peachtree is more related to the functionality of the paradigm of documents using the system. What other system is considered accounts payable in Peachtree would be shopping. A brief table Peachtree modules:


Sales
Sales includes everything related to the sales and covers much of what other programs call accounts receivable and billing. Sales includes maintenance of customers, customer orders, work orders, invoicing, payment receipts and payments, and deposit control.


Purchases
The purchase includes maintenance providers, maintenance of inventory items, purchase orders, receiving orders, and printing checks. Many of these functions are under the modules of purchase orders and accounts payable in other programs.


General Ledger
The most general is probably the only part of Peachtree that can be considered standard in relation to other programs. This part covers the general journal, conciliation, and printing financial statements.


Inventory
Inventory is a module related and partly covered by the sales and purchases. Bills and reduce inventory purchases increase it. Much of what is under inventory can also be done under sales and purchases. This includes maintenance of inventory items, adjustments to inventory and price management.
