Can I use the overclocking mode continuously in GA99XAUD3 mother board

Guys, I have bought motherboard(GA99xAUD3). I have been wondering if I could you use it in overclock mode or turbo mode continuously.

What CPU are you using? Usually when you turn on turbo mode then it will throttle the CPU at load or no load and therefore turning it off will give you stable results at overclocking.
