Actually I don’t have much knowledge about overclocking on Asrock motherboards but still wanted to help. It seems like you have a chipset with limited FSB. The limit of the recent models such as E6600 is about 4 Ghz. Try your memory settings off and choose the RAM clock multiplier of 4X. If you configure the FSB freq to 266 MHz, you will get the1066 MHz as memory clock. When you look into the CPU-Z, you will notice that the system is running at a 1:1 FSB:RAM ratio. Now increase the FSB as well as the CPU voltage.
