By looking at dell inspiron 620 MT i can say that ther is no option to overclock your computer. This is the same problem with most of the Dell computers unless you have XPS models or Alienware models. It is also seen that if you try to flash your BIOS with non-DELL BIOS then it will corrupt it and you will have toreplace your motherboard . Flashing the BIOS is considered as intentionally done work and it doesn’t come under warranty and you will lose your warranty if flashed with non-dell bios.
Dell has disabled the option of flashing their BIOS. I think it is mainly because users try to flash their BIOS and then mess up their computers. If you would try then all the computers can be overclocked and Flashed but difficulty level changes according to the configuration of computers. Infect the computers that Dell make are already overclocked , so maybe that is the reason you are not allowed to more overclock your computer.
