    Overclocking i5 2500k with Gigabyte-P67A-D3-B3

My BIOS settings were as follows:
    • 40x multiplier
    • Intel Turbo Boost disabled.
    • Ram pace constant 13.3

Everything else is in the car or the default state. I’ve done prime95 for 10 hours did not find. I’ve been using this overclocking for 7 days or less, until one day. I start the PC I’m waiting for the post and before the entry. Pc restarts the car and just changes the default multiplier then after I restart my manual to enter the BIOS setup and progress is written in a box marked in red that came from the wrong temperatures or volt .My temps are 28c, part of the idle cores and 60 C at full load. Do I have to do anything beyond the previous setting or is there something wrong with my machine?

    My setup:
    • Gigabyte P67A D3 B3
    • Intel Core i5-2500K
    • Cooler Master Elite 430 Black
    • MSI GTX 460
    • Western Digital my passport 1 TB
    • Cooler Master 650W

I have the new BIOS. Yesterday LLC PLL disabled and enabled at full load Vcore is set between 1308-1320.Before he was playing in 1285-1296.I do not know, but I have the feeling that it just was not much to get the CPU Vcore playing well in some boots. This lump may be Vcore give fresh air.

I had the same trouble than this, the platform was running smoothly and stable at 4.9 1.432 / 0.060 with offset. Cold morning I started on Monday and not boot at all, stuck in some kind of control Southbridge Motherboard. I bumbler displacement of 0.005 (now 0.065), and starts the system without any trouble (Mac 1432 Vcore still ).Seems to need a little more sap to start.

Because BIOS flashing is potentially risky, if there are no problems with the current version of BIOS, you should not update the BIOS. To update the BIOS, do it with caution. Inadequate BIOS flashing may result in system malfunction.

It is because he sees rev 2.0 .Jump to rev 1.0 and see that they have f4 bios, nevertheless stick to the I’m f3 f4, because it is without charge of errors. The only difference between 2.0 and 1.0 rev is the 2.0 that comes with the bios that I have now on my motherboard. On the other hand rev 1.0 had to upgrade to the new BIOS to recognize fully the CPU (like me).
