Overclocking ASRock z68 Extreme4 for complete dummies?

I have a problems regarding the Overclocking of ASRock z68, is it create any problems on default setting. I have problems regarding this since I have never done this before and what about ASRock extreme tuning. If there is any information regarding my problems then let clear this with me.

There may be no problems if you are straight for overclocking. When you go for such process then keep the following thing clear with you that do some adjustments in uefi/bios avoid using axtu tuner. For everything try to use default setting even it doesn’t read your memory properly. Avoid tuning.
