Hello,
I know that this is a black edition cpu , but i want to overclock it. I do not know much about this but I think i have to use the FSB, i guess I am correct here? Currently the CPU is running on OCCT, and the stock is 58 cel. The question is what is the suitable temperature for this. The cooler I am using is AMD CPU. Any more help regarding the overclocking of this processor is appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Before overclocking your processor, cooling capacity is required. So, you much watch your cooling capacity of the computer then overclock it. Who says the increase comes increased FSP temperature. If you do not have a good cooling capacity for your computer then please do not overclock it. By cons I found not much compatible with the socket unless you can put Socket AM2 but awaits confirmation from an expert because I'm not sure it is compatible with your processor.

The Phenom X4 945 II is based on the 45-nanometer process produced "Deneb" design. The four cores running at 3.0 gigahertz, the L2 cache 512 holds KiByte per core, the L3 cache MiByte 6. I am not a pro, but I would recommend you the FSB (system clock) 200 to 233 MHz increase of. In a multi of 15 (at 945) then gives the 3500 instead of 3000 MHz. But there's much more considered. The following should be set manually in the BIOS:
CPU VCore 1.40 volt increase (default: 1.35 V)
Blue Screen raise Falls to 1.425 V or more (but should at least 1.45 V) range, max. but never more than 1.5 V with air cooling. In addition, more is not necessary and also not released by AMD (max. 1.50 V also from AMD),
HT-Link to 9x (or 1.8 Ghz) set, then gives 233x9 = 2097MHz

In the past, we did overclocking tests Phenom II and increasingly relies on AMD box cooler.
