Nwiz, NvMediaCenter & Nvcpldaemon Are these necessary?

I am having Nwiz, NvMediaCenter and Nvcpldaemon stratup run group in the registry. As far as I know they are related to Nvidia but I do not have any idea what they exactly do. Basically I want to know what these three programs do they are profitable for the system performance or not. Is there any need for having these Nwiz, NvMediaCenter and Nvcpldaemon programs on my system or because if they are not really required then it will better to delete them.

Here is the short description about all the three programs.
NvCplDaemon: It is used for initializing the clock and memory settings on nVidia based
cards. It can also be used for enabling overclock on your card

NvMediaCentre: This basically a system try icon

Nwiz: This is normally improves the desktop layout of your system by setting the optimization and preferences.

Finally these programs are not extremely necessary for your computer system.

I am also having a similar kind of issue. With the new driver setting , I am able to view new command at the time of startup that is something about the nvdia quick acess through taskbar and that in my case is disabled my media center.
This command is in this location

Local Machine\Software\Windows\Currentversion\Run

I need help for disabling it.

Try to export that key and then delete it in the registry and for doing that you can follow these steps.
1. First of all start the registry editor.
2. After that select the registry key that you want to export.
3. Right click on that key and select “Export”]
4. Enter the file name and then select save
That’s all.

If you do not want import or export the keys in the registry then you can take the easy way out.
For that you have to Start > Run then type mscofig.
After that click on the Stratup ta, and then uncheck the related box this will remove it from the RUN key.
If you face any problem while doing that then you can simply reverse the procedure.
