Need Firmware Revision for reading Video BIOS.

Actually I need the firmware revision for the video graphics card programmatically. For example NVIDIA Quadro FX 770M - 256 Megabytes. I want to know how I will be able to read this information. I am a novice user related to this topic. I will be thankful if you can provide me with your valuable inputs or codes and something like samples or references

BIOS version is exposed through the NV-CONTROL expansion, so even though nvidia-settings does not currently offer a way of questioning it via the command line, this functionality easily added or implemented in a separate NV-CONTROL client function. See the documentation and samples supplied by nvidia-settings source tarball for details

I am having an nVidia card, and a related entry is created in /proc/driver/nvidia/cards/* as /proc/driver/nvidia/cards/0.
If there is one nVidia or more card, I really like to know whether a different entry is created for separate nVidia card consisting that particular card's info or there will be only one entry (say 0 as mentioned above /proc/driver/nvidia/cards/0) consist of information of all the cards.

Can you give the system configuration of you computer system because if you need the firmware then I must have a clear idea what you are going to use. One more thing should also be probable to get from dmidecode, even though perhaps a little more complicated to dig out.

Here is the system configuration of my computer system
1. The operating system I am using is Windows Vista
2. Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P8400 @ 2.26GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
3. 4096 Megabytes DDR2 SDRAM (Random Access Memory)
4. nVIdia GeForce 9600M GT with 512 Megabytes DDR2 Graphic Card
