With normal setting overclock radeon 9200se .I have a Radeon 9200SE and I use Ati Tool to overclock this card.
You must first Softmodded driver (Catalyst Softmodded) download and install it before your card can overclock.
Then install AtiTool you the speed of the core and the RAM may apply.

AtiTool 0.0.22
I do not know if you radeon already actively cooled, but do your best for overclocking. A passive heat sink on the RAM chip is not an unnecessary luxury.
I clock the GPU at 284MHz (200MHz standard) and the RAM speed at 190MHz (165MHz default). With these settings to get 1200 3dmark more 3dmark2001
Benefit to the Ati-tool is that you only can clock if necessary. If the AtiTool off, then run your card at the standard rate. Inside AtiTool can you separate institutions (with clock settings) and save your own key to link you can use during the game.
To overclock the graphics card, I always preferred ATi Tool much easier to use. I play on the small square of ati tools I type 20-25 fps I have an AMD XP 2200 dc @ 1750Mhz and 2200Mhz overclock has nothing on hardware level (6% vCore => 1.8V in 210X10.5 & max temperature 50 °
I heard about overclock a Radeon 9200 with powerstrip . I am having Radeon 9200 SE 64MB graphics card runs at 200/330MHz, which is not much great compared to many other graphics cards. But i managed to overclocked it to 245Mhz at CoreNet, an improvement of over 20%. While i managed to get the 128MB DDR RAM up to 400Mhz.The extra MHz little extra benefit, and i obtained only slightly more than 100 points in the extra 3DMark2001SE.And in 3DMark03 scores are virtually the same. got only 8 points more equivalent to 1.1%.
