Overclocking 4450e

i have AMD Athlon X2 4450e and i am interested to go for overclocking with it but i am less with knowledge .i would like to know what a stable Overclock without any problem?also what is the maximum temperature tolerable buy this cpu?

The most recent is the 4450E, it consumes 45W instead of 65 as the first generation X2. The 4450e runs at 2.3GHz while the 5200 to 2.7 ....

I would be glad to help you, that I believe. you need timings are 5-5-5-18, and it is your FSB divider ratio. check here for more Memory timings and voltage? If we start with your RAM memory to run 1:1 with your processor.get CPU-Z run on you pc and check for your strength.

33 degrees is not hot though for me , as its stressed 60 degrees I usually stop .Put your busspeed 233 and your memory at 466.
