Overclocking setting for E8500

Hello,
I recently changed my E6600 with E8500. i have no problems in running, but I can not overclock more than 20 mhz . While I know that this CPU to another person has reach 4.2ghz.I still find strange because when I had placed the CPU boot the system without any problem.

Does anyone know what I can do ?
