Memory Timings set according to Overclocking?

    Hello,
    my system:

    Board: P5Q Deluxe
    CPU: Q9450
    Memory: 4x 1GB PC2-6400 (OCZ2T800C31G)

Now I have the Q9450 at 3.2 GHz at FSB overclocked, also running as far as stable. With the ram settings to auto run the memory at 5-5-5-15 at 800Mhz clock set (1:1).
When I transfer the settings from Auto to the specified settings of the memory settings run manually it is simply not stable.

    by OCZ are:
    3-4-4-15 at 2.3V

where is the error? or is it no longer possible with the memory timings to drive?

    Hi,

Please try the following settings: RAM 2,2 V, NB / MCH 1.4 V, Ai Clock Twister Lighter / Light, CPU and PCIE Spread Spectrum Disabled, 4-4-4-15 timings and Row Refresh Cycle Time is 58 If the current BIOS version?
