Need advice on editing & optimizing system performance

I am seeking the best advice on editing & optimizing perfs my pc at my hdd pending future ssd on pci-e 16x

I have already also:
- 4 discs 1TB 32MB Cache SATAII [samsung HD103UJ]
- 2 discs 36 GB raptors 8 MB Cache only 8.5m long but access SATAII (Western Digital]
- 1 controller 1430Sa adaptec raid logical Port SATAII 4 Port PCI Express 4x
- 1 controller Sil3114 raid logical SATAII integrate into the motherboard [asus A8N-SLI-Deluxe] Port Pci

therefore curb at speed read / write
-1 Controller on the NVIDIA nForce4 chipset

Here is my solutions

Premiere solution
4x Samsung 1TB in Raid 0 on adaptec controller for full system partition 50GB + Storage
2x 36GB raptors for swap and a partition for the temp of any kind (Internet, utorent, temp and ...)
knowing that I can not install any windows on a partition gpt (cause disc over 4TB unless I make mistakes and that we can take mbr)

Second solution
2x Samsung 1TB in Raid 0 on adaptec controller for windows 25 GB + storage partition
2x Samsung 1TB in Raid 0 on adaptec controller for program files 25 GB + storage partition
2x 36GB raptors for swap and a partition for the temp of any kind (Internet, utorent, temp, and doc and setting ...)

It is said that generally requires the SWAP 1.5 X to 2X the size of RAM.

Therefore between 4.5 GB and 6GB. Once you have selected the partition on which you install the swap locks in the minimum and maximum size to the same value. 6144MB mini and max, so the swap file does not vary.

For the rest it's like you feel it, I think.

I do not use RAID, so I do not know to advise you that for that you have the most efficient possible.

It is said that generally requires the SWAP 1.5 X to 2X the size of RAM.

Calculated time was valid or have 128, 256 see 512 of RAM, with 3GB of ram for me, the swap should not exceed 1024MB.

If it is assumed that a legal partition with a reservation to swap ... To some on these, not 4GB problem that arise.
