Can overclock E4300, ASUS P5N-E SLI ?

I have a pc with E4300, ASUS P5N-E SLI, and PC6400 ram.

What I wonder is whether I can overclock cpu so that it is LARGER than the FSB motherboard? ie higher than 333MHz. Or will the motherboard not show any barring?

samples with the new formulation:
if I should overclock an E6600 to over 3GHz (333*4 = 1333FSB)

This will go on a motherboard that has 1333MHz FSB?

Yes will work .. but not exceed max FSB on the motherboard. Will you like the clock even more, and comes on like 1500fsb shed down to 3x.
