The difference between core temp and real temp is Tj. Max is set 10C lower in real temp, also 10c lower temp, and this should match the cpu made on 45nm.
The cpu temp in asus tools are from a second sensor which is not located near the CPU cores. Perhaps in the socket of the mobo.
Okay so the real temp is the most accurate for measuring 45nm?
BIOS shows the temp of the same feel as asus tools?
It is in dispute, I could not care less tempting as long as it is stable.

Real Temp mentioned is made for 45nm cpu's
But yes, it runs stable.
