latency concerns memory

I just bought a Gigabyte GA-X48-DS5, and I shall be 2 Corsair Dominator PC2-8500-C5

And I worry auto copying the installer to win, and manual 5-5-5-15, I have a Memory Manager Screen 0x0000001A

I am completely blocked.

I did a Memtest and strength, there are plenty of error

Is it because the setting is bad?
