Dilemma between cabinet/cooling

Because my computer blur, feels like too hot. I will have something to cool the cabinet. I have standard cooling at all in my cabinet and I have come to to buy new fans/cooling for everything in my cabinet, or should I buy a new enclosure with fans such as Antec p182 or coolermaster should just say that it must not exceed £ 1,000.

Should there be rigid good cooling then grab a Antec Nine Hundred or CoolerMaster HAMs 932. I have an Antec nine hundred and it is cools well, but had probably preferred a HAMs 932 if it were on the market when I built my machine.
