Overclocking from software, for asus p5q pro and E8500

I need software to overclock my pc, i continued with AI software, I set the ratio to 9.5, but it remains to 6 (I can not go above)
if anyone can help me in overclocking my processor would be nice.

    Configuration:
    Motherboard: asus P5Q Pro
    Graphics card: Sapphire HD 4870
    Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz
    ram :ddr2 pc8500 (1066Mhz)
Power supply:Cooler Master Real Power Pro 700W
    Vista Premium

thank you in advance for your help.
The most overlooked advantage to owning a computer is that if they foul up there's no law against wacking them around a little.

Make the manual in the bios. Before you start, read your motherboard manual. Know how to reset your BIOS in the event that you are too aggressive in your CPU settings and it doesn't complete a POST (Power On Self Test, that beep when you first turn the machine on and it starts up means you passed the POST). Some motherboards reset automatically if you switch off the power supply for 30 seconds or so. Others require you to move a jumper to reset them.

In order to reach 4.275GHz,with E8500 do the following:

    • use a Noctua NH-U 12 heatsink with two 12cm fans
    • set Vcore to 1.468V
    • et Vfsb to 1.45V
    • set FSB to 450MHz
    • set memory to 1800MHz
    • set memory timing to 8-8-8--24, 2T
    • set memory voltage to 1.9V (officially supported for these OCZ modules)

This chip is a great overclocker.

    Power Consumption
When idle at 3.16GHz, the E8500 uses about four watts less than the E6750 at 2.66GHz, and when fully loaded, there is still about a four watt difference in favor of the E8500. Not bad given the 500MHz increase in speed!
