    Fan overworked

I returned from vacation and my computer has supported the trip. Yesterday morning, I updated the antivirus and installed new software without mention of the laptop based on an ex-magnetic steel serves me perforated plate cooling. The problem is that since yesterday evening, the two fan propellers work loudly and an unusual way.. Should I clean and how?

What software do I installed for the temperature of the processor?
Purchased used, it is still under warranty. Do you think that this failure of fan support in the warranty?

    Thank you for your help

Operation already done on a laptop:
If this laptop is out of warranty
With a blow through the vents without putting too much pressure
"Although not on the portable power"
    Or dismantling operation:
game of patience that requires great care
    small brush to clean.
For the software can be Here

Although the operation advocated by opaper is not useless, I think we must look elsewhere for a sudden runaway temperatures, or at least fans.
And I think that consideration temperatures will be a good indication.
Should be able to return to the situation prior to the installation of software, for a restoration for example, to remove an effect of the new software (what are they?) On the overloading of the processor.
Review the list of active processes to see if there is one that monopolizes the processor. (Ctrl + alt + del).

To review the list of active processes "procexp.exe" seems more ergonomic
