    Can I overclock my E7200

Is it possible to pull a little more power out of my cpu that is E7200.
    I have 500 W PSU and 256 MB ram at 133 MHz.

Your RAM is unfortunately too slow for you to Overclock. When they run their max speed, running only 1:1 with CPU, so overclocke will be unstable with your RAM as soon as you start to raise FSB to Overclock CPU.

With faster RAM, you should probably be able to get a little extra out of the CPU.

E7200 has a FSB of 266Mhz, so there is possibility for a little overclock with PC5300 ram. Provides you to run your ram 1:1, so you should well be able to raise FSB to 333Mhz (333 * 9.5 = 3160Mhz). For as little more than a clock would be no need to tamper with vcore.

How do I secure my ram running 1:1.
I get my bios at place I could raise my FSB to 333 Mhz.

To do this, put your RAM for the same FSB as your CPU has = 266 MHz.
