I have a notebook Compaq V2312US Turion64 ML-28 and the track temperature of the processor varies between 50 and 60 degrees Celsius.
This temperature is normal or is little tipsy?

I do not know if the temperature is good ... but my v2570NR which is an ML-32 is between 50-55 when idle.
I spoke with the support of HP in the U.S. and they said that the temperature varies from 50 to 80 degrees! You've had problems with overheating as the source lags in taking this?
The processors for notebook support temperatures higher than the desktop models. The Turion 64 are made to operate normally up to 95 degrees C (measured by the sensor processor, not by the motherboard). If by chance achieve this, the protection system's internal processor enter into action and turns it off.
My aging desktop with a new processor, an Athlon64 3000+ 754 Venice, and until yesterday it was on the same track on the laptop, between 50 and 60, but was turned on at night "almost" in today's idle and operating between 62 and 65 degrees. In this case no longer means weird huh?
PS: the cooler of the processor (it is original, bought box) is in the range of 3000 to 3300 RPM, and I do not know, but I feel low.
Yeah. The Venice heats up earlier, usually no more than 50° C of the cooler box. Most likely is that it is a mistake in reading the temperature of Bios. It is relatively common in older versions of Bios with processor recent review. Update the BIOS.
I had no problems with heating yet, but let almost all the time on the source ... use the battery from time to time to see the performance!!
Did not install any software to check the windows, but when I'm compiling a software on Linux (100% processor) it is around 55 degrees!
Now I will test with a game!!
Yeah, now returned to the temperature range between 52 and 55. This is shown by SpeedFan temperature and the Everest. But the CPU temperature shown by the bios is 10 degrees lower.
