Need advice on overclocking Intel E8500 Processor

I would like your advice on overclocking E8500 with a Asus P5N32-SLI motherboard.

    Specs:

    Intel E8500
    Asus P5N32-E SLI
    4GB PC6400 memory
2 Asus GeForce 8800 GTX in SLI
    150GB HDD
    Sound card Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty

I want it to 4GHz+ stable and know how to use tension processor E8500.

The tension varies according to your hardware, overclocking is not an exact science. Moreover, few people have the same motherboard and the same processor as you.

I know all this. I would like to have examples of simply overclock with E8500. I will not change my motherboard now. I want to know if my P5N32-E can also do some kind of overclocking.

It's not that simple and for all 4 GHz arrive there E8400/8500 not necessarily stable. The best thing to do is by telling us what you know about overclocking and if you do not know then read a little, for example from here or here, otherwise you will not understand what we could tell you .

In general, you can easily pass the FSB from 333 to 400 MHz and do not need to worry. If possible increase a little VCore, rarely VNorthBridge, and pay attention to the frequency at which the RAM will be found.

    OK, I am passed 400 @ 3.8GHz FSB

    Voltage: auto
    memo: 2.3 V
and the rest self: beyond the 3.8GHz system is unstable, screen blues when loading vista

2.3V for RAM is a lot and not necessarily useful. Your Windows starts, okay, but it does not mean that your overclocking is stable. For this, you need to test for several hours with OCCT and/or Prime95. If it passes, then you can say that it is stable.
