AMD 6000+ overclocking

Hey! I bought an AMD 6000+ and benefits out my old 4200+. What I already knew was that the 6000+ was its ratings on the over-but I have seen those that have been raised in the 3.4Ghz which I fail. So why, I ask for help if there is someone who has experience on overclocking 6000+. What should be of one volt, etc., etc.. right now, I have multiplier of 11 and FSB on 290 which represents 3189mhz on cpu. and the framework is at 531, 400 original. Are there any tips for getting the stable in 3.5ghz?

All little questions that are unanswered:
What run for the excitement now (VCore + VMem)?
What are the memories?
What you are running for the timing of memories?
What is your motherboard?

A little spontaneous, it feels like the memories are running a bit too much, my BallistiX with GMH-chip running at 540MHz at 4-5-5-14 @, which may be construed as legal high.

You should probably answer the above questions in order to get a sensible answer.

OCZ CROSSIFRE 400MHz 4-4-4-12 default.
With overclocking I run at 5-5-5-15 2T.
Motherboard is an ASUS M2R32-MVPs with the 0906 BIOS.
Volts on the processor, I have fluctuated between 1.38 - 1.47 something like that. To grades on the processor becomes as high when I play and in idle! IDLE = 47-55 degrees LOAD = 58 - 63c at a clock in 3220 at 1.440v and Arctic cooling but is on MAX = 2550rpm. When it was old cpuz with the low of 1500 and then put the no. it may be that it does not pass the development of heat from cpuz.

And there's more! Another thing I checked is the STD speed is 200 * 15. Under OCCT says that the STD speed is 3100 which should be 3.0 + L2 cache just on 2x512kb as an "ordinary" 6000 + will have 1MB.
Could it be that the BIOS is too old or what?

There is 2 6000+.
6000+ 3.0 GHz 2x1MB cache made with 90nm technology.
6000+ 3.1 GHz 2x512kb cache manufactured with 65nm technology.

As regards your heat it is no problem for CPUZ but are you getting higher, I would recommend a different CPU cooler. Watercooler perhaps?

In case if it gives no difference in the performance of these different 6000+ ? Since I have 65nm ... should not have lower heat? Should not they give better overclock results as they are not as hot? Or the problem is in the processor? As about cooling, I would prefer to avoid having to switch to water IAF so far. One thing that is "somewhat disturbing" is that the CPU fan is full ALL THE TIME to keep cool! One program says it is on 58c which is not so high another says core 1-42c core 2-45c. With my old 4200+, it was not the problem. But it may be cooler that can not cope with it?

Looks like 6000 + 3.0GHz 2x1MB have a small little advantage. 65nm variant should go slightly cooler but just as it does not mean that the overclock is more. AMD has push this architecture in right manner so do not think there will be no significant difference in frequencies on 90nm unfortunately.

Thanks for all the answers! Now 65nm is better than 90 so I think it is no different in principle! But now we know what the IAF has been under the covers.
