Hello, I just got an Assembled Pc and I installed Os By myself and something I crumpled ... My cpu is constantly 35C ° to 50C ° even on minimum use (eg Crysis, NFS Undercover ect ...). Can you help me because I do not understand these temperatures.

I give you my config because it can help you:

    Case: Cooler Master 932 HAF
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X48T-DQ6
    Ventilator: Cooler Master V8

    Memory: G. Skill Kit Extreme3 2 x 1 GB PC10600 HK
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon 4870 gigabyte

you know, your temperatures are the normal for a Quad Core
So in my opinion, no hassle to for you

For the thermal paste, just a thin layer (a grain of rice) is sufficent to use.

You should check with software Like Occt2a or Intelburn Test. not with games that do not load the CPU.
