I am looking for a good CPU cooler suitable for the ASUS P5E3 motherboard. I have an E8500 processor and that must be able to cope with an overclock for my 9.5x400 .. Some suggestions?

The cooler you are linking to fit very well with your motherboard, if you choose it then I would recommend that you buy a "bolt-through kit" with. That should give a significantly better fitting.
