This board has the slightest chance. No, just do not have options in the bios to increase the fsb.

I have a colleague of mine who wanted to make a Overclock.

Is that it allows the motherboard?

    It is ASUS P5PL2

Asus can do overclock. and that Asrock, but not by the bios that comes from factory, is required to update version 2.20 or 2.40

My Asrock's could change the fsb, but since there is no option of voltages, the vcoremod resolves.
