Speed fan for Hd4850

I found instructions on how to increase the speed at radeon cards Hd4850 over profile in Catalyst. Everything I have done so far does not seem to me that the speed increased temperature in the play, I reached up to the 100. What's wrong I did, or is there a way to increase the speed through the devoted ATITool.

No best option would be if you bought a new kind of radiator for example: the accelerated because of similar s1. It has a fan with maximum (around about 2000 rpm).

Do as a crisis you can take the opportunity if they have so much overheating exchanges. (got to stepping?)

No risk of course is always ... but fear I would give it another BIOS manufacturer, I am on their non-Sapphire HD 3870 gave the BIOS from HISu That same as its preferred card and three other producers.
