    Cleaning thermal paste

With what material is wiser to clear the old thermal paste between processor and peripherals, to put new Arctic Silver, in order not to do any damage to the PC (it was cleaned .... 5 years ago ).

And sell finished cleaning liquids, but there is no reason to pay for that. You can make your job more cheaply. Going into a pharmacy and getting a jar of isopropyl alcohol. It is the same substance containing liquid and ready. It does very good work!

OK. The Arctic Silver that sell in the market is for one year, or fighting, and more....

It has many versions. I have one that is like a small syringe. The quantity is enough for 20 and can be of much more uses.

The most practical I have tried (with less efforts) is first with a cotton swab with alcohol and then pop the surface of the processor with a sheet of paper towels to absorb that remainder.

Yes I have taken note of you all. And one last question, how often is it recommended changing the thermogamic paste on a PC?

Try Zipelaio (fuel for lighters). It changes the lights in each paste as they get old and cleans and thermo pads with several psyktres.
