Has anyone tried the Cooler Master V8. I found at a store and thinking to have it. Perhaps someone who has tried this? I could not find any review on Coolermaster v8! The pic is shown in the attachment.

55º air cooling systems are many. Also if you do softfin overclocking, better to go into the watercooling. The review for air cooling systems are somewhat subjective because large role is played by box and the inner dynamics.

I am not interested in directly overclocking the AMD opteron 175 processor that i have. I will like to cool it with possibly quite cooling system.

What you need is usual "exotic" & (everything) expensive ...
The Opteron stock coolers are all good for money...

Cooler Ninja 2 is quite, and was quiet same for Q6600. Kept the coldest (~ 4 ºC). If you think that is equally silent and cheaper, draw on your own conclusion.

The V8 is not worth for money, only fan alising is good.
For good performance interventions an ultra 120 or if you think the cost of a xigmatek 1283, is better than the V8 and 20 times cheaper.

Yes I saw the V10 as the brick is ultimate. Perhaps not worth so much money to give for air cooling. Perhaps xynei the course with my pocket and a full load in the opteron raises up to 55 degrees.
