I wish to overclock this one just a little as its a P3 and i want to play some better games with better response from it. I searched for overclocking this CPU in its BIOS option but couldn't find. How to overclock it? Or is it overclockable or not?

Please provide some more information about your PC. What is the RAM size, operating system, chipset, etc.

There is no way of overclocking VL400. The frequency for this is not changeable as its design is made as such to lock down any frequency change. particularly, its a very old case.
Overclocking for this one is not possible through Bios or playing with jumpers & switches or by any other utility.

VL400 is a pretty old and i dont think its overclockable. But i must say your Ram is too less and if you upgrade to upto 1 GB or so, you will experience better performance from your computer without the need of overclock.

a Vectra VL 400 can only support up to 512 megs of ram, how do i know?, i own 1

HP - Vectra VL400 is a system with PIII processor and supports only 512MB SDRAM . You cannot upgrade your memory exceeding 512MB.
