Problem to overclock ECS Geforce 8500GT

    Hello!

I said that I have a problem overclocked GeForce 8500.
The characteristics of my PC are:
    - AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600 + dual-core processor 2.4 GHz
    asus motherboard Geforce 6100PM
    - 1 Gb memory ram 667 MHz PC5300 DDR2
    - 160GB hard drive

    The video card specifically:
    - Core clock: 500 MHz
    - Core Memory: 333 Mhz
    - Shader Clock: 918 MHz
And I want to raise him as a Geforce 8600:
    - Core Clock: 540 MHz
    - Core Memory: 400 Mhz
    - Shader Clock: 991 MHz

The thing is that I have tried to rivatuner, with atitool, with Coolbits, with the EVGA performance (I think so called) ... . but nothing works.

Specifically, when trying to raise the core of the clock, it reboot the computer and everything , returns to the original clock

    Please HELP

    hi,

Unlock the video card that's why the core of clocks and memos can not be applicable.

    Hi,
Another fact to which I could help ...
Install EVGA Precision Tool and I could see more clearly what is happening
By putting the clock, the implementation and strangely, returning to the originals, or if the core clock was at 500, return to the 500.
Now you can well appreciate the testing, since I assume that the tests overclock origin's.

    That may be happening?

    There will be a solution?
