Overclocking Core 2 Duo System temperature ?

This is a totally nub question but i got to know coz i dont want to get in to any trouble what will be a average temp of C2D after overclocking it
i have three temp here core temp, Cpu temp, OVERALL TEMP .
CPU overclocked 3.3

Cpu temp: 72c
Core0-57c
Core1-58c

i read few guide about overclocking the C2D and it said that 67+c is not good temperature when you are overclocking it.
Is this temp is ok ?and is the Cpu' temp concerned Core temp or Core temp to concerned with Cpu' temp

you should Download the latest version of core temp for starting, it is most accurate. Everest is very well.

I got the temp it is readings for the two cpu cores, should i be going to core temp or shold be paying my attention to the overall temp?
