need a heatsink or fan for overclocking

I need a cheap quiet heatsink or a fan to overclock intel E2180 processor. I have Asus p5k motherboard ATX case. I dont know what size of heatsink will fit in my case. Please guide me for picking up a cheap heatsink for 35$ to 40$ max. Thanks

Here is a good guide to pick your choice. Also the Scythe Ninja is used by many members that you can go for and it also comes in good budget.

The Kingwin Revolution (RVT-9225) is a super-sized that uses a 120mm fan that should improve performance as well.

I like the Thermalright iwhich is not that expensive. It is sold without fans but you can add the fan on it if you like to

Also take a look at the MST9775 LE which comes around for only 30$
