I think the Windows Xp Sp3 is faulty cause when i tried to install it the pc showed blue screen of death on restart , following the Sp3 setup instructions. Now the bsod continues on every attempt for the pc to boot? Also i have not install new hardware?
What should i do?

I installed SP3 RC1 without any issue on my computers. You can try going to control panel - syatem - advanced - startup & recovery - and uncheck automatic restart. This way the blue screen of death information or any of its source can be written down. Are you sure that you didnt had any crashes before? And also no hardware , driver change were not changed? Try to check your system logs as well

I forgot to mention that on the blue screen i got an error message saying "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and i am booting with Ide Drives & not Sata.

2 systems so far BSOD after sp3
