Arrow FTP on Windows Server 2008

    Hi Guys,

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2. I use it for storing some data in database.

I have a program that uploads some files to a server and another program that downloads files. This happens in another server which is Linux. Now I want to user Windows Server as a backup.

I want to configure Windows Server 2008 for

    - uploading files
    - downloading files

Basically 2 user id should be created.
    1) user can upload & download
    2) user has access to download only

Actually my one program will be doing the uploading and another downloading. Downloading program can be used by more than 1 person.

Uploading and downloading will be done from an external system. (Any pc on internet)

Can you tell me how to configure Windows Server so that I can set a folder where data can be uploaded and downloaded. Please note that one user should have both powers and one only download.

    Thank you,

    Cheers,
    Jack
