We are using Monta CGE 5.0 in a real-time multi-threaded environment. At part of that we are using a DSLR camera to capture 30 frames per second over an USB interface. This works fine until we try and enable ACPI. When we do we start losing caerma frames for some reason. I am thinking that the ACPI code starts to handle interrupts inefficiently for hard real-time threads and is causing this issue, but so far, I ahve not found a way around it. Does anyone have a similar issue or have any thoughts on hard real time and ACPI interactions?
