Using Windows 7 64-bit and Office 2010. Windows (Excel, etc.) shows no printers! Try to add and I get the "The Active Directory Domain Services is currently unavailable" msg. Also, the Print Spooler is constantly stopping. Any ideas out there?
Using Windows 7 64-bit and Office 2010. Windows (Excel, etc.) shows no printers! Try to add and I get the "The Active Directory Domain Services is currently unavailable" msg. Also, the Print Spooler is constantly stopping. Any ideas out there?
Try to follow the below method to solve your issue:
- First of all go to Control Panel
- After that select Printers
- Now you have to right-click on Add Printer
- After that select Run as Administrator
- Now you have to try to add your network printer.
