.exe stopped working in w7

HI,
As i;m playing games in compaq 420,64 bit w7,i've faced three errors
1) .EXE file stopped working,and the game suddenly stop running.
2) Display driver stopped working and the game suddenly stops.
3) suddenly the game stops and the screen brightness automatically increases
increases itself.and again game resumes by itself.

these three errors dont occur at a time.
PLZE HELP ME

You must have given few more details about this problem like Which OS you using, whats the graphic card, Which game you getting the problem, etcc. Anyways, it seems the problem is with your graphic card. YOu can try out the solution given here: "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" error on Alienware M15x
