You must have done this after going through some guides and faq. There are know issue of hardware incompatibility after running a Windows server upgrade. I hope there are ways to downgrade the same but the process is also too complicated. The only way according to me to fix this out is to run a fresh installation. Try to get your backup first.

    I've solved the problem.

from Windows 2003 Server I update the driver for the RAID Controller to newest version that support 2008, then I did the upgrade, and now everything is fine.

    Thanks my friend.
