How to update Task scheduler 2.0 in windows7

I am running windows 7 on my computer from last 5 months and I have task scheduler version1.0 and till date this version works fine to me but now with the new trends and I have also heard that Wikipedia says the new task scheduler V2.0 is available, now I wanted to update the task scheduler V2.0 in to my windows 7, anyone having information regarding the new version of task scheduler then please recommend me.

I am running the windows vista 64bit and I have also heard that Wikipedia says that task scheduler v2.0 was introduced in vista, but my windows installation shows the version 1.0 , I don’t have much information about this ,if anyone having some tips then please help me.

I have search Google for a long time I have found that Microsoft introduces the task scheduler version 2.0 for vista and also included in the windows server 2008 ,but I think the version shown in the vista is version 1.0 but this is the version 2.0 because it is officially v2.0 was introduce for the vista and I think they have forgot to place the version number in the user interface.

I think the task scheduler V1.0 shown in the windows 7 is actually the version2.0 but this was labeled as V1.0 , you just check the newly features and task of version 2.0 from the Wikipedia and then see this feature and task in your task scheduler v1.0 in windows 7 .then you can easily find out it is actually a version2.0 or not. Or you can visit the Microsoft official website to getting more information about the task scheduler V2.0
