smile Boot from CD Windows 2008

    Gents,

I have installed Windows 2008 Standard on my laptop and had it going for a while however I now need to reinstall Windows 2003 on the same laptop by unistalling Windows 2008 Standard.

I am unsure how to use Bootsect so that I can boot from CD and install Windows 2003.

    Cheers for the help

Re: Boot from CD Windows 2008

Whenever you are installing two operating system it is recommended that you should install the older version first and then install the newer version. By this the pre-configured bootloader loads the entry of older system properly and you can see the same on your boot menu. Try configuring them back again, but before take do not forget to have your data backup. Use separate partition for both installation.
