    Unable to boot Windows 7 after installing Windows Developer Preview

    Last six month I work on windows 7 OS and now I facing problem with this windows 7 system. This problem is arriving after installing Windows Developer Preview. After doing this installation process system not able to boot or load this windows 7 system. When i select windows 7 in the bootloader a black screen arrives and the laptop reboots. Hence I need the best way that works to fix this problem. Thanks in advance for any help.

    I think windows 7 on your system is being crashed at the time of installing WDP. You need to use the windows repair options onto this system. This will be work to fix your complicated issue.     Yes, you need to use an bcdboot command on it to copy boot files to C: drive. Then you need to make sure this in test environment. This command has been work to restore all the booting process onto its current stage. Then try this and see what happen onto it. you can also try the bcdedit /enum all command on it for solving your problem.

    It is risky, but the only solution that I know of is to replace the Windows 7 Boot loader with the Windows 8 one. You can do this task by following below process:
    • First start command prompt as admin and try to Navigate to C:\Windows\System32
    • In the next step is Mount Windows 8 .iso file with suitable .iso mounting tool.
    • Go into bcdboot.exe V:\Windows.

    This process helps to update the BIOS to utilize the Windows 8 boot loader. This is the process that works to set proper booting process onto your system and in response it will be solve your booting or loading problem.

    Probably a it is VERY bad idea to install the windows Development preview with existing windows 7. In that case, sometimes there is collision appears onto this booting process. For your information this windows 8 development previews is not completely finished OS and hence there is not any fix strategy that say that this will be work on dual boot system.
