Nothing happens when i click the metro applications on windows 8

I used windows 8 in the last two weeks and not I faced some problem on this system. When I try to launch the Metro applications by using simple click on an application tile, then nothing happens on this system. I don’t know why this happen but I need perfect solution that works to fix such complicated issue. Thanks in advance.
