Unable to boot Ubuntu 9.10 with No init found

I'm having trouble booting Ubuntu to my machine. I cannot boot in to any kernel and it will be again gives the error message that the No init found. Try passing init=bootarg. These error messages I'm receiving when I try to load Ubuntu. I don’t know why this happen on it. Any help regarding this help will be appreciating. Thanks in advance.
