Cannot install OS on new System SSD

I am having some problem while booting the computer with the genuine Windows 7 Ultimate DVD that I am having. Actually whenever I try to do that and I get the screen to select the partition to install then choosing any of the partition gives the error as follows: “Windows could not format a partition on disk 0. The error occurred while preparing the partition selected for installation. Error code: 0x80070057 ”. Can you tell me that what this error message

You can try by changing the SATA to IDE in preference to AHCI from the BIOS. Other than this you can also try to make use of the recovery disk. So, try with these things and let us know that if this is helpful to you or not.

There is possibility that the system on which you are trying to install the Windows 7 is not fulfilling the requirement of the Windows 7. So you will have to check for this condition first. Click here and it see the Windows 7 system requirements given from Microsoft. You might have to do some changes to your computer to get this installed.

Hard drive that you are trying to use might be faulty and that is the reason that you are not able to install the operating system in that. Changing the hard drive with a new one will be better option for you.
