Windows 7 SP1: List of hotfixes, security updates, and important changes

Hi, I was using the windows 7 home premium from last several months but as I seen the update has comes named windows 7 SP1, thus I am quite eager to have this operating system for my machine, but before that I would like to know about the List of hotfixes and important changes that has been made in this version, so that I can figure out whether it is worth to make such a changes or not.

Off course you can do this, as there are too many changes they have made regarding the security credentials and many more.
Changes strict to Windows 7

1. third-party federation services communication
   
   
2. Enhanced HDMI audio device functioning
   
   
3. Corrected printing behavior of XPS documents
   

And as far as its performance is concerned then I would say off course it is worthy to have this operating system.

Hey thanks for the suggestion guys as I have downloaded all the documents given over there and really a very good revolutionary product they have made. I would have it for sure.
